All items sold by Seconds by Mini Muse are secondhand and have been lovingly hand-washed, dried, and inspected by me before listing. Each garment is carefully checked and graded based on its condition to ensure transparency and quality. Please keep in mind that as these items are pre-loved, some gentle wear may be present.

All pieces are sold as is, where is — please read the item descriptions carefully and view all photos provided before purchasing. Due to the nature of secondhand clothing, I operate a strict no returns or exchanges policy, so please be sure about your selection before completing your purchase.

Shipping Information

Once your parcel is packed and ready to go, I’ll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order on its way to you.

All orders are sent using Pass the Parcel, operated by Post Haste. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, Mini Muse is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss during transit. If anything does go wrong once it’s with the courier, you’ll need to contact Pass the Parcel directly with your tracking number to lodge a claim.
